Linguine allo Scoglio
Linguine allo Scoglio

This month’s recipe is Amalfi Coast Linguine allo Scoglio. On the Amalfi Coast, seafood couldn’t be fresher, and this pasta is one of the best ways to enjoy it. But you don’t need to travel to Italy to bring it to your table — it’s simple to make and lets clams, mussels, and shrimp shine.

Alondra Buy the Music (Paid Link)

Our International Music of the Month selection is Alondra by Gao Hong and Ignacio Lusardi Monteverde.

Renowned artist Gao Hong, following the success of her award-winning album Terri Kunda - House of Friendship (2023), collaborates with flamenco guitarist Ignacio Lusardi Monteverde. The fusion of Chinese pipa and flamenco guitar presents a captivating musical exchange.

Under the Eye of the Big Bird Buy the Book (Paid Link)

Our Book of the Month is Under the Eye of the Big Bird by Hiromi Kawakami.

From one of Japan's most brilliant contemporary novelists, this speculative fiction envisions an Earth where humans near extinction, reframing reproduction, ecology, AI, communal life, creation, love, and humanity’s future.
